You'll join Five9's cloud operations organization, supporting a cloud contact center platform that brings joy to customer experience. You'll ensure 99.99% SLA for voice services and provide technical recovery during emergencies. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge VoIP technologies in a 24/7 production environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interface with customers to deploy customized solutions and troubleshoot issues
• Analyze problems affecting network availability and customer quality reports
• Provide root-cause analyses on service outages
• Implement hardware and software deployments on the telephony network

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of telecom engineer experience with VoIP/SIP
• Working knowledge of SIP, TCP/IP, MPLS, and routing systems
• Experience with Ribbon SBCs and PSX
• Ability to analyze RTP streams for voice quality KPIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Sonus/Ribbon, AudioCodes SBCs
• Linux/Unix system administrator skills
• Knowledge of International Routing and local termination policies
