💼 About This Role

You'll lead the performance and daily tasks of Pack, Receive, and Kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy and fast delivery to customers. Your core impact is coaching and motivating the team to perfect the customer experience. This role stands out by offering hands-on involvement in process improvement and project execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pack orders and receive inbound inventory
• Quarterback and direct associate activities during shift
• Ensure completion of close/open checklists
• Develop and train new associates

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of internal Gopuff experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
• 1+ years of experience in improving processes and ServeSafe Certification preferred
• Ability to work peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends
