You'll own the fragile logistics chain behind Vizzia's connected devices, ensuring equipment reaches 450 local authorities by 2026. Your ground-level work with warehouses, field technicians, and carriers will bring structure to outbound flows, stock management, and reverse logistics as the scale-up grows. This role requires building routines from imperfect reality, not a desk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit logistics warehouse to understand stock organization and gaps
• Join field technicians on deployments to learn logistics needs firsthand
• Coordinate outbound dispatches with logistics partner and track deliveries
• Maintain stock traceability and resolve inventory discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on logistics experience with flows and stock
• Experience managing an external logistics partner
• Comfortable with Airtable, WMS, or early-stage ERP tools

• Exposure to hardware, IoT, or field fleet logistics
• Multi-site or multi-geography logistics experience
