You'll create and implement a multi-year technology vision for a European promotional products supplier, driving digital transformation across e-commerce, sales, logistics, and operations. You'll build an AI-first technology ecosystem and lead the organization's digital strategy hands-on.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and execute technology and digital transformation strategy
• Develop and scale e-commerce platform and improve B2B/B2C customer experience
• Integrate sales, logistics, and operations into a cohesive digital ecosystem
• Implement AI solutions to support operational efficiency and end-to-end processes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technology roles with builder/founder mindset
• Experience as CTO, Lead Architect, or Head of Engineering
• Strong hands-on programming and systems architecture understanding
• Experience in e-commerce platform development or sales-supporting systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP/WMS/CRM integrations
• Knowledge of SQL and data work
• Experience implementing AI/LLM in business environment
