You'll manage a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in a human-centered primary care practice. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams while leveraging technology for high-quality care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conducting in-office and tele-health visits
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborating via daily huddles and with virtual teams

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• State licensed in CA before start date

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supervising NP or PA colleagues
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care
