🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage software development of routers, radios, and laser communication devices
• Interface with suppliers and subcontractors for integrated system development
• Define KPIs and staffing plans with senior leadership
• Lead agile ceremonies including increment planning and retrospectives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 8+ years industry experience in software or aerospace engineering
• 3+ years project management experience with external contractors
• Active Secret clearance

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with SDA NEBULA architectures
• Experience with DevSecOps and containerization tools
