💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the pre-sales function for a fast-growing AI platform powering global debt markets. You'll own the technical sales motion for new data feed products, closing enterprise deals with banks and buy-side firms. This is a player-coach role where you personally close the first 10-20 opportunities and then scale the team and playbook across the US and EU.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales as technical owner on data feed product opportunities
• Run technical discovery with CTOs, Heads of Data, and Engineering Leaders
• Design and run technical validation including PoCs and integration timelines
• Codify the technical validation playbook for scalability and repeatability
• Hire, onboard, and coach the founding Product Specialist team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical sales selling to financial institutions
• 3+ years leading or building a pre-sales or solutions engineering team
• Shipped revenue against an API or data product sold into banks or buy-side firms
• Run vendor selection procurement processes end-to-end at Tier 1 banks
