Requirements

Entry level experience with desire to learn
Previous operations or customer service experience in logistics is a plus
Ability to collect data and draw conclusions
Passion for technology and data
Excellent written and spoken communication

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day audit process for clients
Proactively identify changes to improve automation
Partner cross-functionally to provide critical feedback
Analyze freight cost data and identify discrepancies
Support customers with disputes and billing exceptions
