🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of three practitioners.
• Own post-sales technical relationships and customer health for a portfolio.
• Lead pre-sales discovery, architecture workshops, and POCs.

📋 Requirements

• Leadership of technical customer-facing teams.
• Low-latency trading technology or market data/execution systems knowledge.
• Programming proficiency in C/C++ and/or Java.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical implementation.
