You'll serve as the central point of contact for Japanese customers, providing end-to-end support as part of Octopus Energy's mission to drive the green energy revolution. You'll take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring no more department hand-offs. You'll receive comprehensive industry training and be empowered to fix problems creatively in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in Japanese
• Take full ownership of customer issues from start to resolution
• Identify and propose improvements to customer experience
• Collaborate with team members to support each other

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, conversation)
• Passion for customer service
• Openness to a dynamic startup environment
