Description

You will build and scale the core monetization platform that powers selling products across Miro, supporting tens of millions of users. You'll design microservices, create proof of concepts, run experiments to optimize conversion, and bring new AI-first capabilities to market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong experience with Java or Kotlin in production environments
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable services
• Proficiency in CI/CD, observability, and test automation
• Strong ownership mindset and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for pricing, packaging, and monetization
• Create prototypes and validate ideas
• Work in cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
• Drive initiatives to optimize conversion and introduce new monetization capabilities
• Contribute to system architecture and infrastructure choices
