You'll own Anthropic's highest-priority policy positions, driving organizational consensus on contested technical issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain portfolio of policy positions, papers, and talking points.
• Drive cross-functional consensus on contested technical policy positions.
• Develop and test message framings with internal and external audiences.
• Translate technical research into policy-ready language for decision-makers.
• Serve as internal senior advisor to federal, state, and international teams.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with message development and testing for policy or advocacy.
• Experience translating technical material for non-expert decision-makers.
• Ability to operate across multiple policy issues simultaneously.
• Experience building rapid-response processes or crisis playbooks.

✨ Nice to Have

• 8+ years in corporate public affairs, consulting, or government relations.
• Experience in regulated industries like technology, finance, or energy.
• Experience designing and running a signature program end-to-end.
