You'll lead organizational change management for a healthcare transformation initiative in Manitoba. You'll coordinate stakeholders from clinical leadership to frontline providers and drive adoption of new processes and technology solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage diverse stakeholders across clinical leadership and frontline providers
• Develop change management adoption and reinforcement strategies
• Monitor and assess impacts of implemented projects

📋 Requirements

• Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification
• Valid Project Management certification (Prince2 or PMI)
• 10+ years leading cross-functional teams in business transformation
• 5+ years leading organizational change management activities with Prosci methodology

• Experience in healthcare environment
• Experience with acute care facilities business architecture
• Experience implementing technology solutions in healthcare
