• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account executives
• Develop and execute growth strategies for partners
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a leadership role managing 5+ members
• Business to native level Japanese and business level English
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
