💼 About This Role

You'll support medical billing operations for a multi-state healthcare organization specializing in Durable Medical Equipment and Telehealth. You'll work with billing partners to ensure clean claims submission, denial resolution, and accounts receivable follow-up. This role offers hands-on experience in the full billing lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process claims from submission through payment posting.
• Track outstanding claims and aging reports.
• Support EDI setup and payor enrollment maintenance.
• Work denials by gathering documentation and resubmitting.
• Communicate with outsourced billing vendors on claim status.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of DME and/or Telehealth medical billing experience.
• Experience with denied claims or accounts receivable follow-up.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of CPT/HCPCS codes and EOBs.
