You'll manage Deployable CIS infrastructure as a service, ensuring system readiness per SLAs for NATO's NCI Agency. You'll coordinate with business areas, manage security accreditations, and support exercises to maintain operational capability. This role is critical for NATO's secure communications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage DCIS infrastructure service levels and readiness.
• Coordinate engineering support with NCIA and CSSC.
• Manage security accreditation renewal for DCIS systems.
• Oversee configuration management and asset accountability.
• Conduct risk assessments and initiate NSIP projects.

📋 Requirements

• Security clearance of National or NATO Secret.
• IT service management experience with SLAs.
• Experience with configuration management processes.
• Knowledge of NATO C3 or similar defence environments.
