💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to provide field repair and maintenance for heavy equipment and aerial lifts across ND, SD, and MN. You'll use proprietary diagnostic technology to troubleshoot and fix complex mechanical and hydraulic systems. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders
• Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians
• Maintain service vehicle and paperwork

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
