This role blends deep technical fluency, instructional design, and customer advisory for impactful AI deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver hands-on technical enablement workshops and trainings
• Drive customer activation and sustained adoption across the lifecycle
• Partner with Sales and Product teams for seamless customer experience
• Develop reusable training assets and playbooks from customer patterns

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in customer-facing or instructional roles
• Strong technical depth in coding, agents, and APIs
• Proven experience leading structured technical trainings like bootcamps
• Ability to connect technical features to business outcomes

• Experience with AI deployment in production environments
• Knowledge of RAG and fine-tuning strategies
