You'll join Varicent's Technical Support Team, serving as the frontline of customer success for our SaaS solutions in Sales Performance Management. Your core impact will be troubleshooting technical challenges, resolving incidents, and ensuring customers maximize product value. This role offers exposure to a variety of technologies and the chance to work with industry leaders like T-Mobile and ServiceNow.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot technical incidents and collect detailed problem descriptions
- Communicate investigation progress and update CRM records
- Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases
- Support KPI targets including SLA, QA, and resolution
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience
- Experience working with SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting
- B2 level English proficiency or higher

- Experience with client server architecture
