🎯 What You'll Do
- Align channel manager strategy for fast deal closure
- Convert partner demand into measurable financial results
- Support partners in meetings with decision-makers
- Connect partners, clients, and company goals seamlessly
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years as a Closer in Enterprise or Field Sales
- Multi-stakeholder negotiation experience (HR, Finance, C-Level)
- Structured sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDICC, or SPIN
- Indirect demand experience with partners or brokers
✨ Nice to Have
- HRTech or SaaS B2B experience
- Advanced HubSpot skills (pipeline, forecast, reports)
- Resilience in high-growth environments
