You'll lead cross-functional initiatives on the Sales Strategy and Operations team at Verkada, driving insights and processes that enable the sales organization to run efficiently. Your work will directly impact how the business scales, with exposure to strategy planning, systems improvements, and sales enablement. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Pull reporting for weekly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify and implement improvements in workflows and systems.
  • Build onboarding programming and track sales effectiveness metrics.
  • Troubleshoot systems issues with cross-functional stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, or strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
  • Process and operational thinking with ability to document solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Previous Salesforce experience.
  • Sales or Sales Operations experience.
