Description

You will lead a high-performing engineering team building and scaling systems for Robinhood's global product expansion. You'll own critical product and engineering surfaces, partner cross-functionally to deliver robust, localized experiences, and drive technical execution in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of software engineering experience, including 1+ years managing engineers.
• Solid foundation in distributed systems and backend architecture.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects from inception to production.
• Experience collaborating with product and design to ship customer-facing features.
• Clear and structured communicator who aligns stakeholders and drives decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, setting high standards for execution and quality.
• Drive delivery of complex projects end-to-end with clear prioritization and predictable outcomes.
• Partner with product, design, data, and partner teams to translate business goals into plans.
• Guide system design and architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Establish strong engineering practices in code quality, testing, observability, and operations.
