💼 About This Role

You'll deliver webinar-led onboarding and proactive outreach to help SMB customers activate and adopt Aircall quickly. You'll be the steady touchpoint that keeps customers moving forward without high-touch engagement, enabling AMs with clear product guidance and coordinating escalations. This is a high-volume, high-impact role in a fast-moving AI-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead recurring onboarding webinars for SMB/Core customers to drive activation.
  • Provide reactive 1:1 onboarding calls to resolve setup blockers.
  • Monitor portfolio health and perform targeted proactive outreach.
  • Support AMs with product workflow clarifications and coordinate escalations.

📋 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Onboarding, CS, Support, or Implementation).
  • Experience interacting with customers via scheduled meetings, webinars, or support conversations.
  • Comfortable managing multiple customers using structured playbooks and CRM tools.
  • Confident presenting over video in a professional, engaging manner.
