💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale a team of Enterprise Sales Directors driving new business for an AI agent platform trusted by Fortune 500 companies. You'll shape go-to-market strategy, coach reps on complex enterprise deals, and ensure predictable revenue growth in the New York region.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Enterprise Sales Directors
  • Coach on productivity metrics and complex enterprise deal cycles
  • Develop executive relationships with named enterprise accounts
  • Deliver revenue forecasts and strategic GTM initiatives

📋 Requirements

  • Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader with named/strategic customers
  • History of exceeding sales quotas in similar technology companies
  • Expertise in value-based sales and methodology-based coaching (MEDDPICC, Challenger)
  • Experience managing sales organizations in CX, AI, Cloud, or SaaS industry
