💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end design, simulation, and validation of advanced antenna systems for E-Space's LEO satellite constellation and ground infrastructure. You'll independently design antennas using full-wave electromagnetic simulation tools like HFSS, driving designs from concept through hardware validation. This role offers the opportunity to shape the architecture of space-based communications systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design antenna architectures for spaceborne and ground-based applications.
• Develop phased array antennas using ANSYS HFSS from concept to layout.
• Perform full-wave EM simulations to evaluate gain, efficiency, and bandwidth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition designs into hardware.

📋 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with focus on Antennas or Electromagnetics.
• 7+ years of hands-on antenna design experience including full-wave EM simulation.
• Expert-level proficiency with ANSYS HFSS for antenna design and simulation.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and/or Python for analysis and automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing antennas for space or aerospace applications.
• Familiarity with LEO satellite systems and non-terrestrial networks.
• Experience with active electronically steered arrays (AESA).
