Description

As a Maintenance Manager at Bozzuto, you will lead a team to maintain and preserve residential properties, ensuring timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and a safe, welcoming environment for residents. You'll oversee make-ready processes, vendor relationships, and capital projects while upholding safety standards and fostering team development.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance
• 3+ years supervisory experience with a track record of hiring and retaining teams
• HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
• Advanced skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, MSDS, and complex mechanical systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and model core values and behaviors consistent with company culture
• Hire, develop, and provide on-the-job and classroom training for technicians and community care associates
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Manage apartment turnover process to ensure timely move-ins
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and ensure building systems inspections
