💼 About This Role

You'll provide remote speech therapy for a diverse pediatric population using Expressable's custom platform and AI assistant, Scout. Your work directly expands access to family-led online therapy and empowers caregivers. This role offers flexibility to design your own schedule with support from a clinician-built platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable's technology platform
• Complete accurate documentation in accordance with quality standards
• Maintain active participation in required trainings and compliance tasks

📋 Requirements

• ASHA Certification and CCC-SLP and individual NPI number
• MA state license or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings

• Experience in teletherapy or remote clinical care
• Experience with adult clinical care and assessments
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish or other languages)
