Description

You will lead and grow a new international engineering team focused on building repayment tools and systems that give customers flexible ways to repay their loans. You'll own system reliability, mentor engineers, and partner with product managers to launch repayment experiences in new regions.

Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities
• 1+ years as an engineering manager
• Fluency in back end development
• Experience architecting, building, and maintaining consumer-scale products
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills
