Description

You will serve as technical lead for rearchitecting and scaling the reporting engine, integrating AI, and mentoring engineers. You'll drive architectural decisions and collaborate cross-functionally to build high-performance, reliable reporting systems that power mission-critical analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience including technical leadership of large-scale systems
• Experience designing data-intensive applications for reporting or analytics domains
• Proficiency with Python or Kotlin
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and scalable event-driven services
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and performance optimization

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for reporting engine rearchitecture, performance scaling, and AI reporting integration
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to define and deliver customer-facing features
• Drive architectural decisions for reliability, performance, and extensibility
• Establish engineering best practices in data modeling, distributed systems, and query optimization
• Lead design reviews, guide implementation, and mentor staff- and senior-level engineers
