You'll lead onboarding and training for EMEA GTM teams, localizing enablement content and driving regional programs. You'll ensure consistency across global rollouts while collaborating with NAMER-based partners. This is your chance to build the enablement function for a rapidly scaling category-defining company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead local onboarding sessions and create training materials for EMEA reps.
• Adapt and localize GTM collateral for the EMEA market.
• Drive regional enablement programs and field communications.
• Collaborate with NAMER-based partners on global rollout consistency.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in related fields.
• At least 4 years in enablement or training roles.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with training design and curriculum creation.

• Familiarity with GTM functions (Sales, Customer Success).
• Experience with AI or SaaS.
