You'll be the human layer for a global dental AI platform, ensuring customers succeed in adopting AI-powered workflows. Your core impact is reducing churn by solving tickets end-to-end and feeding insights back to product. This role stands out because you'll work directly with in-house AI teams and help define the support playbook for a company scaling across 28 countries.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own customer tickets end-to-end across email, phone, and chat.
- Run training sessions, onboarding calls, and product demos.
- Write and maintain customer-facing help content and internal knowledge base.
- Identify patterns in tickets and escalate structured feedback to product and engineering.
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role for B2B or SaaS products.
- Experience owning end-to-end ticket resolution, not just fast responses.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar.
- Ability to analyze ticket patterns and propose process improvements.

- Experience in dental, healthcare, or AI-support software.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for workflow automation.
- Experience building or maintaining a knowledge base.
