You'll join Hot Topic as a Sales Associate, providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store. Your focus will be on creating the best in-store experience for fellow fans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using store equipment
