💼 About This Role

You'll leverage your registrar expertise to guide higher education clients in adopting best practices and maximizing registration technology. You'll streamline operations and ensure compliance while enhancing the student experience. These consulting engagements can be remote or onsite, serving as interim Registrar or leading process reviews.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Interim Registrar, leading registration department staff
• Provide oversight and coordination of registration projects and priorities
• Assess efficiency of the registrar department
• Design and deliver training on registration solutions
• Assist clients in aligning policy, process, and personnel

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a college or university Registrar
• Hands-on experience with higher education ERP software (Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday)
• Assessing registrar operations and making process improvement recommendations
• Leadership skills including facilitating diverse groups and change management

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in Recruitment, Admissions, Advising, Program Evaluation, Curriculum, Scheduling, Analytics, and Reporting
• Experience with additional ERP solutions
