💼 About This Role

You'll join the growing IT IAM team at Toast, building and evolving the Identity and Access Management program with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Okta. You'll drive automation, architect access controls, and champion continuous improvement to ensure security and compliance. This role stands out for its focus on scalable automation and collaboration across business units.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint Identity Security Cloud workflows and integrations.
• Develop automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes using scripting and APIs.
• Architect and implement least-privilege access policies and roles.
• Write and maintain detailed IAM documentation and runbooks.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 7+ years with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud including design and large-scale deployment.
• Proven experience implementing end-to-end User Access Review capabilities in SailPoint.
• Extensive experience with Okta administration including user management and application integration.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SailPoint Certified Professional).
• Compliance knowledge (SOX, SOC, PCI, UAR).
• Experience with other IAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM).
