💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Head of Growth & Strategy to design, test, and scale go-to-market motions across Tarro's products for small brick-and-mortar restaurants. You'll drive critical growth workstreams while building toward owning them end-to-end, blending strategy and execution. This role offers the chance to scale Tarro's growth engine as the company expands its product ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, test, and scale GTM motions across products
• Own mature cross-sell motions including targets and playbooks
• Lead GTM experiments like pricing tests and bundling strategies
• Manage growth analytics and performance tracking across the funnel

📋 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years experience in growth, strategy, consulting, or revenue operations
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills to define metrics and track funnel performance
• Proven ability to design and improve processes in cross-functional settings
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for client-facing conversations

• Experience in a consumer-driven industry
• Knowledge of go-to-market design including pricing and experimentation
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
