• Develop and execute regional sales strategies

• Monitor sales performance and optimize CAC
• Spearhead regional sales training initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of sales management experience
• 8+ years driving sales growth and managing P&L
• 8+ years in data analysis and performance management
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

• Experience in financial services or direct-to-consumer sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Existing network of sales representatives
