You will deliver strategic advice and solutions to senior and C-Level executives in brokerage, insurance, and financial services, leading large-scale transformation programs and driving measurable outcomes. Manage project teams, build client relationships, and contribute to business development while navigating complex challenges in M&A, system implementation, and financial process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services (brokerage, insurance, banking)
• Acquisition integration experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of finance transformation, M&A, and technology enablement
• Ability to lead large-scale programs and multi-workstream initiatives
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
