💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare as a Field Technician, maintaining and repairing pump, power, and HVAC equipment both in the shop and at customer sites. You'll use our T3 technology platform to diagnose issues and manage work orders efficiently. This role offers year-round OEM training and a path to grow with a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, and HVAC
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and customer locations
• Use laptops and tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience working on power generators or commercial HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain within 6-12 months)
• High School diploma or Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
