💼 About This Role

You'll lead multiple AI engineering teams building and scaling AI-powered capabilities for HackerOne's offensive security platform. Your work will directly impact how customers discover vulnerabilities earlier and remediate faster, ensuring AI-driven security outcomes are delivered reliably. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Security Research to scale AI systems that combine automation with human expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor Engineering Managers and senior engineers
• Ensure delivery commitments across multiple AI engineering teams
• Embed AI-powered workflows and responsible AI practices into product design
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Security Research

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing product engineering teams, including AI-powered or data-intensive systems
• Experience leading teams with complex dependencies across engineering and non-technical partners
• Experience developing and mentoring Engineering Managers
• Strong technical foundation in modern software systems supporting AI-enabled products

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling applied AI systems in production
• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop or agentic workflows
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Rails, GraphQL, Apollo, React
