Description

You will lead the strategic development and execution of complex, high-value proposal opportunities, directing new business initiatives from evaluation through pitch delivery. You'll provide confident strategic leadership across cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and ensure proposals are insight-driven and competitively differentiated.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in new business development or related field
• Deep experience leading high-stakes RFP processes
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity and alignment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction of large-scale RFPs from evaluation through pitch delivery
• Direct cross-functional teams to develop innovative, insight-driven proposals
• Oversee pitch storytelling, presentation strategy, and live client presentations
• Establish credibility and influence with senior cross-functional partners
• Lead post-pitch audits and identify continuous improvement opportunities
