- Develop and oversee prevention and intervention programs for students.
- Support school-wide Social Emotional Learning initiatives.
- Provide training on crisis response and behavior intervention.
- Serve on district behavioral threat assessment team.
📋 Requirements
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
- Previous experience developing and implementing student intervention programs in school settings.
- Previous experience providing counseling or social work services to at-risk students and families.

- Understand root causes of student behavior issues.
- Use effective strategies to reduce at-risk behaviors.
