Description

In this role, you will drive office logistics, workplace safety, and employee engagement initiatives across our global footprint, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while contributing to a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment. You will oversee facilities operations, lead safety initiatives, and collaborate with the Workplace Experience Team to enhance office operations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in facilities, workplace experience, or project coordination
• Experience with workplace health & safety, risk assessments, or occupational safety is an asset
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid understanding of budget monitoring and tracking
• Willingness to obtain Health & Safety Designated Worker training in Luxembourg within 12 months

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations for Luxembourg office and support additional locations
• Act as Workplace Health & Safety representative ensuring compliance
• Lead safety initiatives including risk assessments and emergency response
• Manage vendor relationships and facilities-related requests via Zendesk
• Track budgets and invoices for cost-effective operations
