You'll lead a team of engineers building core parts of our healthcare platform, bridging strategy and execution. You'll drive product direction and engineering delivery to ship user value quickly. This role combines hands-on contribution with leadership in a fast-scaling health-tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-impact product features.
• Own product direction and execution from problem to shipping.
• Drive prioritization, planning, and day-to-day execution.
• Coach and support team members while maintaining high standards.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in both product and engineering contexts.
• Strong product intuition to decide what to build and why.
• Enough technical skill to contribute in code when needed.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams, even informally.
