Description

You will lead the Netcracker Development team, managing complex projects throughout their lifecycle. You'll ensure code quality, improve productivity, and facilitate communication between engineering teams, while serving as a technical escalation point and participating in code and design reviews.

Requirements

• Experience managing development teams
• Coding experience in Java, JavaScript, C, or C++
• Minimum 10 years of progressive software development experience
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Portuguese
• Experience with Agile, SOA, TDD, and source code management

Responsibilities

• Technical Lead for Development Team
• Escalation point of contact for Technical management teams
• Lead complex multi-disciplinary projects through entire lifecycle
• Ensure cross-communication between Engineering teams
• Participate in code and design reviews
