💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure a sufficient driver pool and support day-to-day fleet operations. You'll analyze driver performance to reduce costs and improve operations. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, NJ.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to maintain driver pool
• Analyze driver performance and provide necessary support
• Suggest cost reduction and fleet improvement opportunities
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly delivery performance reports

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years managing drivers
• 2 years using Excel and Google Suite for data analysis
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vans
