You'll join the Regulatory Operations team to draft and format core insurance policy documents like the Evidence of Coverage. Your work ensures regulatory compliance across Oscar's Individual Plan portfolio. This role offers full remote flexibility with optional office presence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft core insurance policy documents like Evidence of Coverage
• Manage objections from regulators for assigned states
• Maintain ownership of workflows and tools for operational success
• Guide process improvements and develop internal guides

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in legal, healthcare, or humanities field
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or healthcare
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
