💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one personal care and household support to help adults stay safe and independent at home. As a Live-In HHA, you develop close relationships while assisting with daily living activities. This role offers flexible scheduling and 24/7 clinical support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mechanical lifting devices

📋 Requirements

• One year of verifiable work experience with a healthcare agency
• Completed a recognized HHA training course
• Active NJ HHA License (or CNA willing to become certified)
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
