๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to comments, DMs, and social interactions with speed and clarity.
- Triage and escalate customer issues to Support and Product teams.
- Proactively engage community to spark conversation and highlight user stories.
- Monitor sentiment across channels, identifying trends and risks.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in social media or community management in consumer tech or fintech.
- Strong written communication skills with ability to adapt tone across audiences.
- Experience managing high-volume inbound interactions and sensitive conversations.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative feedback into actionable insights.
