  • Manage and respond to comments, DMs, and social interactions with speed and clarity.
  • Triage and escalate customer issues to Support and Product teams.
  • Proactively engage community to spark conversation and highlight user stories.
  • Monitor sentiment across channels, identifying trends and risks.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in social media or community management in consumer tech or fintech.
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to adapt tone across audiences.
  • Experience managing high-volume inbound interactions and sensitive conversations.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative feedback into actionable insights.
