💼 About This Role

You'll lead Convoso's global marketing organization, driving hyper-growth and building a world-class go-to-market engine. You'll be the architect of our Product-Led Growth motions, optimizing the demand generation funnel. This role reports directly to the CEO and manages a multi-million dollar budget.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale a predictable demand generation engine
• Own marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue growth
• Partner with product management to refine positioning and messaging
• Lead, develop, and scale Convoso's marketing organization

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience
• Proven track record scaling SaaS companies from $20M to $100M+ ARR
• Deep hands-on experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and PLG loops
• Experience managing large-scale budgets with 1x to 4x ROI increases

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Technical understanding of CPaaS/Telecom landscape
