🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal support to HR on employee relations and investigations
• Manage global litigation, e-discovery, and legal hold processes
• Handle third-party disputes and support customer/data operations
• Draft and update employee-related agreements and policies

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) with 5+ years of employment litigation experience
• Substantial experience in e-discovery and legal hold processes
• Strong knowledge of employment law (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.)
• Ability to travel up to 5-10% of time

• M&A experience
• Working knowledge of immigration law and OFCCP compliance
